2. Refunds and Returns

2.1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods.

2.2. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to return them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.3. Process for Returns

  2. Once we acknowledge your request, please return the item to the address provided with your delivery.

Please include your proof of purchase with the item.

2.4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3.1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items

3.2. Faulty Goods
